My dear friends Sovversivi del Gusto, I wanted to send you all my most heartfelt wishes; as some of you already know, I am currently in the US and can’t be with you all for the annual meeting. During the last few days I have had the chance to talk to many of you through the internet and I am happy to sense the enthusiastic vibe surrounding this event: I hope that this year will be a fun and successful party.
I would like to personally thank all the people who have supported our project: all the producers that make this possible, especially for those who were always available to collaborate in organizing the day of the event; Mauro e Gian Pietro Trevisani who will generously host The Sovversivi once again in this magical place; Carlos Mac Adden, Giovanni Arcari, Max Cochetti, Zero, Radio Popolare, Assaggi Divini and all the websites, blogs and networks that have supported us with their publicity.
A special thanks goes out to the Festival del Paesaggio Terre di Brescia, that chose to host our event on their own placard: Seeming to me like a huge step in demonstrating how our association can contribute to telling stories about people and their territory, and how precious our Italian territory can be (you can read further about this idea ( alcune mie brevi considerazioni sul blog del Festival). A huge thanks still to Marco Salzotto, Andrea Ricciardi and Manuela Moretto for their time commitment in organizing the day, and to Adriano Liloni for the trust he showed by sharing his intuitions with us along with the great commitment that he has dedicated to this project throughout the years, with the hope of carrying this along together, more and more involved, visible and passionate.
Have a great Meeting everyone! And to our audience and fans, I wish you a fantastic day with our stories: stories of different flavors.

Next Sunday July 8th starting at 11:00 a.m. the yearly Sovversivi del gusto event is taking place at the Agriturismo Trevisani in Gavardo, Brescia.
To keep the public entertained Fabio KoRyu Calabrò and Vladimiro Leoni will be there too.
Comparative tastings and workshops will be planned for breadmaking, oil, wine, chocolate, cheese, etc… obviously with Sovversivi products.
